Introduction

Currently, I am accelerating the digital transformation for Airbus Aerostructures in Stade. As ME Local Change Leader and Principal for Model-Based Systems Engineering, I am working in particular on establishing model-based co-development for product and process development in manufacturing engineering, thereby supporting the ramp-up of production rates at the site and for the company as a whole.

Previously, I gained 10 years of experience in systemic organizational development. In various positions, I worked for the clients of S&P Consulting – renamed today: transformis – organizational transformation processes with a focus on digitalization, digital corporate communication, and individual and organizational learning processes.
